That Hurt ! ouch

this is what its like when all that ice air hits my face, ugh.

I know you guys know exactly what I am talking about. just like this. either way I really want you guys to stay safe and stay inside ! Watch movies and binge.

So on cold days like this I really love cuddles with my babies. It literally is the best.

on another subject I think this is an amazing song for weddings, So calm and beautiful unlike this polar air..... -.- just keep it in mind.

apart from that i found this recipe and I'm in love and its great for this weather ...

Cottage Pie

What you need:

Potato Layer: 3 russet potatoes 2 Tbsp butter 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp garlic powder

MEAT LAYER

2 lbs ground beef, lamb, or turkey 1 small onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp each, salt and pepper 2 Tbsp flour 2 Tbsp tomato paste 1 cup beef broth 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots 1/2 cup frozen corn 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

To make:

Peel the potatoes and chop into cubes. Place the potatoes into a large pot of water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Drain the water, return potatoes to the pan and then add in the garlic powder, butter, and milk. Mash until no lumps remain. Set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 by 13 inch baking pan with some nonstick cooking spray. In a large skillet add the ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook until meat is browned.

Drain excess grease. Sprinkle the meat with the flour. Stir in the tomato paste, broth, oregano and worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Stir in the peas, carrots, and corn. Cook until heated through. Pour the meat mixture into the bottom of the pan. Spread the mashed potatoes over the top. Add the cheese to the top of the potatoes. Bake for 35 minutes or until the potatoes are browned. Let cool before serving
